Shannon grew up in South Florida and began her athletic career as a gymnast. She later switched to diving and spent her early years diving for two time Olympic silver medalist and mentor, Michele Mitchell.

Shannon dove competitively all four years for East Carolina University while studying Exercise Physiology. After acquiring her Bachelors in Science, she worked as a personal trainer on the West coast and trained Olympic level athletes.

She is currently a certified Pilates instructor with a focus on teaching core strength and injury prevention. Strength and conditioning is something that she has been teaching to divers for over two decades. She is passionate that it is a vital necessity to an athlete's success.

Shannon has three children, two of which are divers! Her greatest hope is to make a positive and lasting impact in the lives of the young divers she coaches.
Ben grew up in Pennsylvania and started diving at age nine. He was an athlete on the West Chester Diving team. During his successful  diving career, he was able to compete all over the country and for multiple organizations (USA Diving, AAU, YMCA).

He began his coaching career when he was sixteen, leading a summer club diving team to several undefeated seasons before he continued on to college.

Ben competitively dove for West Chester University while studying Exercise Science. On top of his commitments to athletics and school, Ben continued coaching for his previous club, West Chester Diving.

After acquiring his Bachelors in Science, Ben was appointed the Assistant Coaching position for West Chester University.

Ben has been coaching for over a decade and prides himself on not only creating great athletes, but cherishes his role in creating great people through the lessons in sport.
